Cancellation Policy

All listed prices are starting estimates based on average vehicle condition. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after inspection. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled online up to 72 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: Your $100 deposit will be refunded or may be applied as a service credit. Cancellations made within 72 hours: The deposit is non-refundable and will be issued as a service credit. Failure to be present or provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show and subject to the same policy.
