Cancellation Policy
A valid card is required to secure your appointment online. Rescheduling & Changes: • Changes to scheduled services may be made online or by phone free of charge up to 3 hours prior to the appointment start time Cancellations & No-Shows: • Appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time or failure to show (no-show) will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file. • By booking, you authorize Rayzor Solutions LLC to charge this fee if necessary. Payment: • Final payment for services will be processed automatically immediately after your appointment is completed. This policy helps us keep availability fair and reliable for all clients.
