Service-Based Business Notice
Rayzor Solutions LLC provides service-based offerings that may include the application of products classified as tangible, we do not offer traditional product returns. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and have structured the following policies to ensure fairness, professionalism, and transparency.
Cancellations / No Shows / Rescheduling

3-Hour Cancellation Notice Required: Customers must cancel at least 3 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Late Cancellations (less than 3 hours): Will incur a $50 cancellation fee

No Shows: Failure to show up at the scheduled time without prior notice or being unable to reach before service will be considered a cancellation and incur a $50 fee.

If payment cannot be secured after work is completed because of neglect of the customer the full amount will be charged to the card on file. All available legal civil actions will be implemented.

If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice, are a no-show, or are unreachable at the time of mobile service, a $50 cancellation fee will apply:

If you prepaid online, we will refund your payment minus the $50 cancellation fee.

If you chose to pay in person, your card on file will be charged $50.

You may reschedule anytime for no extra charge. We ask you let us know as soon as possible.
Refunds
Rayzor Solutions LLC does not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include:

A complimentary re-service to correct any valid concerns

A partial service credit toward your next appointment, if applicable
Refunds are issued only in rare circumstances where:

The service was not performed due to a fault on our end, and

No rescheduling solution could be agreed upon
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to service@rayzorsolutions.com within 3 business days of the appointment.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Rayzor Solutions LLC to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or formal dispute with their bank. We value integrity and customer satisfaction and will always work toward a fair resolution.

Florida Climate & Environmental Exposure
Due to Florida’s climate, vehicles are exposed to intense UV radiation, rain, humidity, and salt air. While our services are designed to help mitigate these effects, we cannot guarantee long-term protection from natural environmental wear. Results will vary based on exposure and maintenance habits.
Exterior Services Disclaimer
Our exterior services involve eco-friendly, professional-grade products and methods to clean, decontaminate, and protect exterior surfaces. This may include:
